Our work
From global-scale platforms, to AI-driven customer products, to tailored business optimisation systems — Blitters applies practical AI and software expertise across different levels of complexity.
Beyond demos and prototypes
The gap between a working demo and a production system is significant. Security, reliability, scale, compliance, and real user behaviour all look different when the stakes are real.
The projects below represent work at different levels of that complexity — from global-scale commercial platforms to AI-driven customer products to custom business systems. Each one reflects the same standard: quality, security, and genuine business value.
Selected projects
Kudosity Platform
A commercial messaging platform co-founded by Brad, with approximately 5,000 monthly active users sending around 1 billion messages per year. Demonstrates global-scale platform complexity, reliability, operational systems, and security and compliance awareness. Proof that Blitters operates well beyond demos.
Conversr Platform
A conversational messaging platform built by Blitters for a client — an AI-driven product developed end to end, currently live in market. Demonstrates innovative AI-led product development, customer interaction and communication, and product-led AI application.
Living Mojo CMS
A client website built by Blitters on the Autosite platform — a dedicated, custom implementation rather than a template site. Demonstrates tailored business optimisation, custom AI-ready business systems, content and workflow optimisation, and AI-ready knowledge foundations.
Full case studies coming
These project cards give a medium-detail view of the work. Detailed case studies — covering the problem, approach, and outcomes in depth — are in progress and will be published here when ready.
Autosite — built by Blitters
Autosite is a Blitters-built open source project — one of the apps developed as part of the tutorials and educational content lane. The site you're reading right now runs on it.
It's one example of how Blitters builds practical tools as part of its broader mission: contributing to Australian capability, publishing real-world AI and software work, and demonstrating what thoughtful product development looks like.
